RATES - RESERVATIONS - DEPOSITS - COMPANY POLICIES
Lake Guerrero Fishing Rates
FULL PACKAGE: $1,150/person/3 days of fishing and 4 nights, include room, 3 meals/day, beer, soft drinks (in boat and lodge), guide, fuel for boat, Mexican fishing license, transportation (to and from lodge), fish filleting and packaging.
NOT INCLUDED – Tackle, tips and mixed drinks.
ROOM & BOARD: $125.00/person/night. Includes room, 3 meals/day, beer & soft drinks (in camp only), on the water electricity and use of the boat launch.
NOT INCLUDED - Mexican boat registration, Mexican fishing license, fuel, fish filleting & mixed drinks.
Hotel reservations can be made for those clients needing accommodations in McAllen or Harlingen.

EACH HUNTER THAT BRINGS HIS OWN SHOTGUN MUST PROVIDE:
1- Letter from local Sheriff or Chief of Police, stating that you are a citizen in good standing.
2- Eight (8) Passport style pictures (mall photo booth pictures work well).
3- Passport or original Birth Certificate.
4- Manufacture, model, gauge & serial # of the shotgun you will be hunting with.
****We MUST have this information TWENTY-ONE (21) DAYS prior to your trip.****
DEPOSITS
Reservation Policy - $200.00 / person deposit is due 15 days after the trip is booked. The person booking the trip will receive by mail a notice of deposit from Ron Castille Productions. Balance due 30 days prior to your parties arrival to the lake.
CANCELLATION POLICY
**DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE**
If cancellation of trip is made 30 days prior to trip, deposit(s) will be held as a credit for an alternative date for up to 1 year. If cancellation is made less than 30 days of reservation date deposit(s) is (are) forfeited. Once full payment is made, and trip is canceled less than 7 days prior to the trip, no refund is possible. If cancellation is more than 7 days, full payment less deposit is refundable. If cancellation is less than 7 days full payment less than deposit can be held as a credit for one year, re-booking is based on availability. No shows will be charged full payment (no refund or credit).

TIPPING POLICIES: Tipping is not mandatory, but we will admit that it is the ultimate incentive for great service. We suggest that you wait till the end of your trip to compensate anyone for great service. You may compensate them directly or leave it with camp management for distribution.
If invited your fishing guide will fish, you might bring a rod & reel for him to use. This can be to your advantage he might show you some of his tricks that will help you catch more and maybe larger fish.
Trophy fish policy: With conversation in mind, we ask that you release all bass that are over 4 pounds unless you plan to mount that fish. We also, ask that fishermen limit themselves to 2 trophy fish per trip. For our customers wishing to get their catch reproduced by a taxidermist, please bring a scale, tape measure and camera.

Mexican Border crossing information
Each person in your party MUST have these items:
· Proof of citizenship (birth certificate or passport). Must have original and a copy. If you don’t have either of these, call us soon, 800-284-5210
· Mexican tourist Visa obtainable from the Mexican Government at the border at a current charge. A seven day visa at this time (March of 2005) is free.
Driving into Mexico
· Must have the original title & registration of the vehicle, drivers license and an international credit card (American Express, Visa or Mastercard). All these items must be in the name of the person who will be driving in Mexico.
· If your vehicle has a lien against it, you must have a notarized affidavit from the lienholder, giving you permission to enter Mexico. In some states the lienholder will provide you with a non-negotiable title, if provided, have it with you.
· When crossing with a company vehicle the driver must provide the original title & registration for the vehicle along with a notarized letter using the companies letterhead giving them permission to take the vehicle into Mexico. A company business card must be attached to the permission letter. The credit card to be used must be in the drivers name.
· Boat, motor & trailer must be titled in the same name as the towing vehicle. Must have original title of equipment that has a legal title on it. Mexico acknowledges that not all states require titles on boats, motors and trailers. Therefore, if your boat, motor and or trailer are not titled you must show them proof of ownership including serial numbers such as bill of sale dealer invoice or state registration. Pulling someone else’s boat is no longer accepted.
· If you lease a vehicle you need a notarized affidavit of permission, to drive vehicle into Mexico, from the rental company on their letterhead with a business card attached.
Children under the age of 18 with both parents need only their birth certificate or passport. Children without both parents or with a guardian must have a notarized statement of consent signed by the absent parent(s). A copy to be left at border.
Mexican car insurance is obtained from Sanborn’s Insurance in McAllen 956-686-0711. You can secure it directly or for a fee of $5.00/vehicle we can secure the policy for you.
Make a copy of every document (title, registration, birth certificate, passport, divers license, permission letters, proof of ownership and lease agreements) you are bringing to the border (except your credit card). You will show Mexican customs the original documents and they will keep the copies of the documents for their records.
YOU MAY NOT POSSES ANY FIREARMS, AMMO AND, OR FIREWORKS. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CROSS THE BORDER WITH ANY OF THESE ITEMS UNLESS, YOU HAVE PROPER PERMITS FOR THEM.
