3 Calcasieu River 11.16 1 Dustin Mier Rene Tate The largest stringer so far this year. They caught 8 fish total on spinnerbaits in stained water on the main river. They had two fish over 3 lbs of which one was the largest of the day. Great job guys.

3 Sabine River 3.65 1 David Berry Karl Voss The duo headed south and caught 10 fish on worms in stained water. Only 2 of the 10 were keepers but that's all they needed to capture 1st place in the tournament.
3 Sabine River 3.4 2 Pat Spell Claudia Spell Husband and wife team caught a total of 8 bass and weighed in their best 3 for 2nd place team stringer. They were fishing south and caught their fish on crankbaits and craw-worms.

2 Calcasieu River 8.13 1 Richey Sonnier Bryan Mills Rickey got the 3.05 lb bass to hit a buzzbait in the Westfork. That "kicker" fish along with the help of the other 4 fish put the team into first place. They caught their fish on black/blue craw-worms, lizards and buzzbaits.
2 Calcasieu River 7.11 2 R.A. Cunningham R.L. Cunningham Father and son team only needed 3 fish to finish in 2nd place and 1st place Big Bass. R.A. caught the "kicker" on a buzzbait in the Westfork. The team told me that they had several quality fish get off before they could get them in the net.
2 Calcasieu River 6.36 3 Troy Tate Paul Frilot Team managed to catch 4 keeper fish.
2 Calcasieu River 5.84 4 Butch Covington Scott Covington Father and son team had a limit of 5 keeper fish.

2 Sabine River 3 2 Charlie McBride Tim Laborde* These guys only caught 2 fish this afternoon but one of them was the Big Bass of the tournament. They were throwing plastic lizards on the south end of the river.

1 Calcasieu River 8.68 1 Kevin Booty   Kevin caught his fish in the Westfork of the Calcasieu River. He was using a topwater lure and caught most of his fish late in the afternoon. He caught a total of 9 fish and culled down to his best 5 that proved to be the best 5 bass weighed in that day.
1 Calcasieu River 8.21 2 Butch Covington Scott Covington The father and son team were fishing in the Westfork. The water conditions were not very good but they still managed a great stringer.
1 Calcasieu River 7.09 1 Jared Lebee Trent McDaniel Caught their fish on worms in somewhat clear water in the West Fork of the Calcasieu River. The fishing duo reported that they caught around 30 fish in the 4 hour tournament.

Larry said (after getting Buddy's approval) "we caught most of the fish on spinnerbaits including the Big Bass. We had 10 fish total". The team fished south of the landing.
1 Sabine River 4.03 2 Phillip LaPoint Dennis Soileau The team went south of the landing and caught most of their fish on soft plastics.
